At times I organise and facilitate opportunities for other artists, such as live art events or networking meetings.

Nightmare Before Christmas ( Dec 14th 2008 )
A networking event I organised and facilitated, attended by previous Nightmare Platform participants. I invited three artists or artists groups to speak about their work (Action Hero, Iain Morrison and Liza McLeod and Phoebe Davies) along with showing a work in progress by Mamoru Iriguchi.
Copy: Two nightmares down the road, Bristol’s annual Worst Nightmare Platform continues to offer the opportunity for emergent and more established artists to experiment with and gain feedback on new live work. For Nightmare Before Christmas, Arnolfini Associate Artist, Mike Jones is taking over the dark studio. We would like to welcome back those who have taken part in previous nightmare platforms (and those who may wish to apply to next years platform) for a Christmas drink and a chance to get to know each other and talk about what you did, what you are doing and what you might do next. All Welcome. Bring a beer/bottle
Love Science @ The Cube Cinema (Feb 24th 2007)
A themed Live Arts Platform in which I called for open submissions of stage based live art. Performers included Tom Marshman and Clare Thornton, (H)APPY LOGIES and Mr Hopkinson’s Computer.
Copy: Love Science at The Cube promises to be a heady mix of live art, performance and short film punctuated by classic love songs, romantic cocktails, way too much glitter and a strict ban on filth and smut. Already confirmed for the night are some very special intimate performances including work by London based performance artists (H) APPY LOGIES, Award winning short films about LOVE and a live funky house set from Ultrafunk DJ Darren Good.
